Frequently asked Questions
Why isn’t the CCAN Program available throughout the State
Funding from The California Endowment for the statewide CCAN Program that served both breast and cervical cancer patients has ended. Programs like CCAN that offer navigation, care coordination and financial assistance are only available as locally or regionally funded. The California Health Collaborative is eager to coordinate with local agencies to explore funding for care coordination services in their communities.
