The Patient Support Program can help you on your breast cancer journey! Qualified individuals must:
- Have low income
- Be uninsured or underinsured
- Need a breast cancer diagnostic service or be diagnosed with breast cancer
- Live in Butte, Glenn, Tehama or Colusa County
We can help with:
- Assistance navigating the healthcare system,
- Linkage to local resources such as transportation, childcare, groceries, etc.,
- Financial assistance with medical products such as head coverings, bras and lymphedema garments,
- Emotional support throughout your journey, and
- Financial assistance with related medical bills
