Network of Care
The Network of Care events are a series of monthly interactive Network of Care sessions. Each session will offer opportunities to share practical information to improve coordination and collaboration to mitigate the impact of trauma/ACEs in pediatric and adult populations. Participants will also have the opportunity to amplify their knowledge and gain access to social and community resources.
Meetings will be held on the third Monday of each month from 2:00 pm -3:30 pm via Zoom.
Peer to Peer
Peer to Peer events is a series of monthly interactive peer to peer discussions about promising practices, new ideas, challenges, and successes in implementing ACEs screening and developing trauma-informed systems of care. Become a part of your online regional community of care linking providers to community resources and each other.
Meetings will be held on the second Friday of each month from 7:00 am -8:30 am via Zoom.
