Perinatal Mental Health Integration Project (PMHIP)
Who We Are
The primary purpose of this project is to establish comprehensive integrated perinatal mental health system of care in Fresno and Madera counties, through:
the implementation of the Nurture 2 Nurture consultation service
trainings for medical, health care, and behavioral health professionals on perinatal mood disorder screening and treatment protocols
facilitation of support groups to increase access and enhance the quality of perinatal behavioral health services in Fresno and Madera Counties.
