AIM Project
Our goal, under the framework of equity, is to reduce/eliminate preventable postpartum maternal mortality and morbidity through collaborative, data-driven, clinical-community integration that supports the continuum of care with the focus on postpartum care.
State Physical Activity and Nutrition (SPAN) Program
The SPAN program has two areas of focus: increasing lactation accommodations and increasing healthy foods at concession stands in Fresno County. For lactation accommodations, this program works with local agencies to ensure that they have lactation accommodations that meet all federal law requirements. For healthy concession stands, this program works with organizations to ensure that there are healthy options at their concession stands.

We are the Maternal Wellness Program of California Health Collaborative in Fresno and Madera County. We are advocates for not only maternal wellness but also for the mental health of the baby and father. We want to make sure that fathers can receive the support they need, so they can be a great dad and partner.
