COVID Education Program
Who We Are
The COVID-19 Education Program is a regional response project launched by The Sierra Health Foundation in partnership with the California Health Collaborative (CHC). This project aims to provide COVID-19 harm reduction education, encourage community members to get vaccinated and assist with vaccination appointments. The program is currently working in Madera, Fresno, Kings, Tulare and San Bernardino County.
